Question:
Who
is Master Kuthumi?
Answer:
Master
Kuthumi is an ascended master who teaches from the illumined realms and
brings spiritual information to the earth plane so that our planetary
consciousness can be raised.
Some of his earthly incarnations have been as St. Francis of
Assisi, as Pythagorus and as Shah Jahan, who created the Taj Mahal.
In
his role as the World Teacher, he regularly brings thought provoking
messages to earth to help humanity elevate our consciousness.
His teachings are channeled through Joan Walker, on a consistent
basis.
Question:
When
I meditate, I like to go out of body.
Why do you say that it is important to stay consciously in your
body while doing this practice?
Answer:
The
I Am Light meditation practice is centered around bringing light into
physical form.
When you stay consciously in your body during meditation, this
enables you to bring light into your body and into the physical world that
we all live in.
The
result of this is an increase in light and frequency in you and through
your body into the reality of form on the earth plane.
Through the continued practice of doing this, you affect others
whom you encounter in your daily life, as well as help to raise the
frequency of collective consciousness embodied on earth in form.
Question:
Who
is Archangel Metatron?
Answer:
Archangel Metatron is one of two angelic beings who is said to have
had a physical incarmation on the earth plane.
He is thought to have been Enoch from the Bible.
When Enoch ascended, he was inducted into the Archangelic Realm,
where he resides near the Throne of Grace.
In the Kabbalistic tradition, Metatron is known as " The
Garment of Shaddai " and is associated with the sefirot of
Keter(crown) in the Tree of Life.
Through the guidance and influence of Archangel Metatron, form is
created from the Living Light of God and prepared with Metatron's greater
light to work with the higher realms.
Question:
Why
do you guide us to merge with Archangel Metatron during the meditation?
Answer:
Archangel Metatron translates eternal, living light from God, our
Divine Creator, to enable us to access frequencies of light that could not
be reached by us without his assistance.
An analogy might be that Archangel Metatron's guidance and
influence act like an energetic transformer stepping energy down from 220
volts to
110 volts, so we are able to assimilate frequencies from the higher realms
into our 3rd dimensional being to help raise our consciousness
and our physical form into a higher frequency of light.
Question:
Why
is it important to say Kuthumi's prayer prior to doing the meditation
practice?
Answer:
Kuthumi's
prayer was brought to the earth plane in the 1930's.
The prayer is encoded with light and allows the meditator to hold
more frequencies of light during the meditation.
As you say the prayer, the encoded light prepares your physical
body and your energy field to assimilate multiple frequencies of light.

I
have been using the I AM Light meditation now for a few weeks, today
in my meditation when I was in the void holding the Light I heard very
clearly the words, "You Are God's purest intention."
It was quite an experience because this is not normal for me.
Also I have had a degenerative problem and have not been able to feel
the bottom of my feet for quite awhile. Today I was able to feel
them on the carpeted floor. I actually felt my feet on the
carpet!

I
wanted to let you know of my experience with the I Am Light meditation
CD. I have been listening to it faithfully for the past 6 weeks,
and it has had a profound affect on me and my life. I had been
listening to it on and off before that time, however, it was when I
dedicated myself to listening to it that my experience changed.
After
about 2 weeks of listening to the CD each morning, Christ came
to me in my meditation. His presence was amazing and
overwhelming. As he came to me his robe color kept changing from
blue and red to a golden beige to white. He was silent through
out the time he was with me, however, he offered his hands to
me. They were surrounded in white light and I was able to
"touch" him though his hands. During this time the
words "expect a miracle" continued to run through my
mind. It was a very profound experience for me that morning, and
I have experienced Christ's presence daily in my meditations since
then. That he appears to me daily is a miracle for me.
He
has come to me in different settings and we've spent time walking and
talking on the beach, setting up vortexes of healing energy for the
earth, and he has helped me to set up vortexes on a couple of pieces
of property in Manchester which I AM manifesting into my life.
Even today, he checked in with me while I projected myself onto
"my property" during meditation and helped me to surrounded
it in Light. His energy is so loving and calming and he has a
wonderful way with words. I love him and his presence in my
life. Even writing about my experiences with him brings tears to
my eyes. I now feel more loved and protected than I ever have in
my life, and it's all unconditional !!!! How lucky am I???
